What's new?
In the May 2025 release of the Rimo3 platform (Lachlan) we will be updating the sign in process and introducing new ways of signing in to the the Rim3 platform.
- Sign in with Microsoft (recommended) - sign in to the Rimo3 platform with your organization Entra Id
- Sign in using e-mail - continue to use your legacy account to sign in
- Tenants are now know as workspaces
- Access your workspace and other Rimo3 capabilities as well as release note, blogs, KB articles and demo video from Basecamp
Signing into Basecamp
After the April 2025 release of the Rimo3 platform there will be a new login experience, and you will have the option to sign in with a Microsoft Entra Id or to continue signing in with a legacy account. Your existing Rimo3 account will be migrated to Basecamp and you will retain access to any workspaces to which you currently have access, whichever sign in experience you choose.
Signing in with an Entra Id
When you sign in with an Entra Id authentication will be performed by your organization, including whether or not you needed to enter a password or complete multifactor authentication. Once you have been authenticated by your organization you will be returned to Basecamp.
If your Entra Id is different to the e-mail address you currently use to login to the Rimo3 platform please contact technicalsupport@rimo3.com so that your Entra Id can be added to your current tenant before the migration to Basecamp.
- On the login screen select Sign in with Microsoft
- Enter your Entra Id and, if prompted, your password
- Complete multifactor authentication, If required by your organization
Signing in with a legacy account (Sign in using e-mail)
Your existing username and password will be migrated to Basecamp and, should you choose, you can continue to use those credentials to access you assigned workspace(s).
- On the login screen select sign in using e-mail
- You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address & password
- You will then be prompted to enter the multifactor authentication (MFA) token that was sent to the e-mail address entered in step 2

Once logged in you will be taken to the Basecamp landing page where you can access new and existing capabilities in the Rimo3 platform, as well as the latest feature release information, knowledge notes, blogs, and demo videos.

Choosing a workspace
If you are assigned to more than workspace you may be prompted to choose which one to use when accessing products from Basecamp.
