Configuring e-mail & Teams notifications

How to configure your Rimo3 Workspace360 tenant to send notifications by e-mail and to a Teams incoming webhook.

Supported Notifications

E-mail and Teams notifications are currently support for:

  • New versions of applications that have automatically been imported from the Patch360 catalog

Configuring Notifications

Notifications can be configured from the Tenant Settings screen as follows:

  • Click on Menu, then select Settings

  • Click on the Notifications Tab

NOTE: All enabled notifications will be sent to all configured delivery options

Configuring Delivery options

To send e-mail notifications:

  • Enter one or more e-mails for people who should receive notifications
  • After each e-mail press Enter
  • e-mail can be removed from the list by clicking on the X next to the e-mail address
  • To amend an e-mail address, remove it and re-add it with the updated value.

To send notifications to Microsoft Teams

  • Start by configuring an incoming webhook using this guide from Microsoft.
  • Copy the webhook URL in step 10 of the above guide
  • In your Rimo3 Workspace360 tenant, paste the URL in the Microsoft Teams Settings field on the Notifications tab.

Enabling/disabling Notifications

Notifications are turned off by default, to enable a notification type toggle the state from OFF to ON.

To disable a notification type toggle the state from ON to OFF.
