Customizing Your Workspace with Custom Branding
Apply your organisation's name, logo, brand colour, and email styling to your Rimo3 workspace.
Make your Rimo3 workspace feel like home. With Custom Branding, you can apply your organisation's name, logo, brand colour, and email styling so every Facilitated UAT-related notification and console header reflects your identity instead of the Rimo3 default.
Who can use Custom Branding?
Custom Branding is available on paid Rimo3 SKUs. It is not available on trial workspaces.
If you upgrade a trial workspace to a paid plan, Custom Branding becomes available automatically.
Where to find it
Sign in to your WorkspaceDNA's Change360 as an administrator.
- Open Extend Menu->Settings.
- Select the Custom Branding tab.
What you can customize
All Custom Branding controls live on a single Identity and Appearance page. Different branding elements appear in different places — use the table below to see what each setting controls and where it takes effect.

Controlled by three toggles — see below. |
|
Email Footer Notice |
Custom legal text or support instructions added to the bottom of automated emails. Supports plain text, HTML formatting, and images. |
Facilitated UAT provisioned and Facilitated UAT created emails only. |
Where your logo appears
The logo upload includes three toggles so you can choose exactly where it is used:
-
Use for Organisation Logo — uses the logo as your general organisation logo in Change360.
- Use for Facilitated UAT Desktop Application — displays the logo inside the Facilitated UAT app.
- Use for Facilitated UAT Email Signature — adds the logo to the signature block of Facilitated UAT emails.
Facilitated UAT email previews
The Custom Branding page includes built-in previews so you can confirm your branding before any emails are sent. Two templates are previewed:
- Facilitated UAT provisioned
- Facilitated UAT created
Sample data is used in the previews. The footer notice you have configured appears in the previews automatically, whether saved or unsaved.
