Rimo3 Patch360 is currently in public preview and requires API credentials for access. This document details the process on how to request the API credentials for access.
From your Workspace360 tenant open the Users page from the Admin & Support menu.
Click on the "+" to create a new user.
Set the Role as API User.
Provide name details, this enables you to identify which API user ran a given sequence, particularly helpful with multiple API users.
The Client ID is automatically populated.
The Secret value is temporarily visible when you click on the "eye" icon.
Click on "Create" to finish setting up the API user.
This is the only time you will be able to record the Client Secret Value. If this value is lost, a new one must be generated causing the previous secret to become invalid.
To update a Client Secret you can edit the API user.
Click on the "Regenerate" button to create a new Client Secret.
The Client ID & Client Secret will be inputted to the Patch360 interface.
