How To Access Rimo3 Patch360

Rimo3 Patch360 requires API credentials for access. This document details the process on how to request the API credentials for access.

  1. Create a Technical Service Request for enabling the API access for Patch360.

  2. Include the tenant name any other additional information. 
  3. A email response will be delivered to the requestor with a API Client ID & Client Secret.
  4. The Client ID & Client Secret will be inputted to the Patch360 interface.
  5. Click Authenticate.
