This guide will walk you through receiving an invitation for Clarity, accepting it, and registering with the platform. Your email will be triggered when an admin user for your organisation adds you as a user.
Registering with Clarity
The email will come from no-reply@rimo3.com. It can sometimes get caught by mail filters, so check your Junk folder if you don’t see it, and move to your Inbox as necessary.
To accept the invitation, simply click the “Accept Invitation” link in the email.
Click the Log in button to begin the registration process.
A Create account window should be displayed, which automatically populates the details from your invitation and your organisational Microsoft login. If any of the User details fields are blank, complete these, and click Sign up.
You should then see a message confirming your invitation has now been successfully redeemed, and you can log into Clarity. Click Login to continue.
You will receive another e-mail asking you to verify your account. Once you click the link and verify your account you will be granted a 30-Day trial license and the features will unlock to allow you to configure the data synchronization for reporting.
Congratulations! You are now an Clarity user!
