Signing in to Rimo3 with an Entra Id or legacy account

Signing in with an Entra Id

1. On the login screen select Sign in with Microsoft
2. Enter your Entra Id and, if prompted, your password
   
3. Complete multifactor authentication, If required by your organization
   
4. Depending on the url used you will either be logged into the Basecamp portal, or taken directly to the the appropriate product.
   
   

Signing in using an e-mail address (legacy account)

1. On the login screen select sign in using e-mail
   
2. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address & password
   
3. You will then be prompted to enter the multifactor authentication (MFA) token that was sent to the e-mail address entered in step 2
   
   
   
4. Depending on the url used you will either be logged into the Basecamp portal, or taken directly to the the appropriate product.
