How to register as a new user with an Entra Id or a legacy user account

Registering with an Entra Id

  1. In the invite e-mail click on the "Join with Entra Id" link
  2. On the login screen select Sign in with Microsoft
  3. Enter your Entra Id and password when prompted
  4. Complete multifactor authentication If required by your organization
  5. Read and agree to the EULA
  6. You are now registered using your Entra Id.

    Register with an e-mail address (legacy account)


    WARNING: The "Join with legacy account" link in the registration e-mail is only valid for 72 hours

    1. In the invite e-mail click on the "Join with legacy account" link

    2. You will be prompted to enter your first and last name and set a password
    3. The password must be min 15 and max 100 characters and contain at least:
        • 1 Lowercase letter
        • 1 Uppercase letter
        • 1 Number
        • 1 Non-alphanumeric character
    4. Your details will then be registered, click on continue to sign in
    5. Select "Sign in using email"
    6. Enter your registered email address and the password set in step 2 above
    7. Enter the multifactor authentication token that is sent to you registered email address and click Submit
    8. Read and agree to the EULA
    9. You are now fully registered using your email address
